Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping, covering domestic orders within Taiwan as well as international orders to Asia, Europe, North America, and other global regions.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Taiwan: 3–5 business days
  • Asia: 7–14 business days
  • Europe / USA / Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination's customs clearance and local postal efficiency.

4. Shipping Methods

  • Taiwan: Chunghwa Post, Home Delivery, or Convenience Store Pickup (7-11 / FamilyMart).
  • International: Chunghwa Post Registered Air Mail, DHL, or other regional express couriers selected based on the destination and item type.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your package.

6. Currency and Payment Methods

Currency: 

  • Taiwan: Transactions are processed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD).
  • International: We support multiple currencies (USD, JPY, EUR, etc.). You can switch your preferred currency via the menu at the bottom of our website to checkout in your local currency and minimize exchange fees.

Payment Options:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
  • Taiwan Local Payment: LINE Pay. (Note: We currently do not offer Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD) services.)

7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

We currently ship international orders on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout price and will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

8. Returns and Exchanges Summary

  • Appreciation Period: 7 days for Taiwan / 14 days for EU & other international regions (starting from the date of delivery).
  • Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns.
